According to the Delhi Police, two of the arrested accused are residents of West Bengal. The police also recovered several fake Aadhaar cards from them. A conspiracy to carry out a major terrorist attack in India has been uncovered, involving contact with a Bangladeshi terrorist organization and organizations linked to a Pakistani intelligence agency.

Security agencies exposed the Pakistan ISI terror module through posters, just as they had earlier uncovered the Red Fort Doctor terror module. On February 8, “Free Kashmir” posters were recovered from several locations in Delhi. Following this, the Special Cell received intelligence inputs, which led to the exposure of the entire terror module with links extending to Tamil Nadu and West Bengal.

Similarly, after posters were recovered from Jammu and Kashmir, explosives were seized from Faridabad. It was after this development that the Red Fort Doctor terror module was uncovered.

It was reported that “Free Kashmir” posters were also put up at six locations in Kolkata. Similar posters were placed in the Delhi Metro as well. Additionally, videos of reconnaissance of several important locations were recovered from the possession of the arrested accused. One of their handlers was managing the entire operation from Jammu and Kashmir, while another handler was directing the group from Bangladesh.

Names of the Arrested Accused

The names of the arrested accused are:

  1. Mizanur Rahman
  2. Md. Shabad
  3. Umar
  4. Mohammad Litan
  5. Mohammad Shahid
  6. Mohammad Ujjwal

All of them were arrested from different garment units in Tiruppur. They were also found using fake Aadhaar cards.
