Royal Enfield is preparing to launch a new version of its popular bike, the Guerrilla 450, in the Indian market. The company has released a teaser, but many details are still being kept under wraps. It is believed that this updated model will be more stylish and offer a better riding experience than before. Notably, this will be the bike’s first major update since its 2024 launch, which could further boost its demand.

There Could be Changes in the Design

The first changes in the new Guerrilla 450 are likely to be seen in its looks. The company may introduce some cosmetic updates, making the bike feel fresher and more attractive than before. Along with this, new color options could also be added, giving customers more choices. Currently, the bike is available in colors like Brava Blue, Shadow Ash, Peix Bronze, Smoke Silver, Playa Black, and Gold Dip.

Efforts to Improve Riding and Comfort

Royal Enfield often pays special attention to rider comfort in its updates. Keeping this in mind, the Guerrilla 450 may see some minor changes related to suspension or handling. This would make the bike easier to control and more comfortable during long rides. Additionally, there could be changes to the tires to improve grip and traction on the road.

Improvements Could Also be Made in Features

The new Guerrilla 450 may receive some feature upgrades to make the bike even more appealing to today’s customers. Although the company has not yet shared any official information about the features, it is expected that small changes will enhance its overall experience.

What to Expect From the Engine and Performance

Not much change is expected in the engine. The bike is likely to come, like before, with a 452cc liquid-cooled, single-cylinder Sherpa engine that produces 40hp of power and 40Nm of torque. It will feature a 6-speed gearbox, offering a smooth and powerful riding experience.

Suspension and Braking Setup

Like the current model, the new version may come with 43mm telescopic front forks, offering 140mm of travel. At the rear, there will be a mono-shock suspension with 150mm of travel. For braking, the bike features a 310mm front disc and a 270mm rear disc, along with dual-channel ABS for safety. The bike will run on 17-inch wheels.

How Much Could the Price Be?

Currently, the Guerrilla 450 is priced at ₹2.56 lakh (ex-showroom). After the new updates, there may be a slight change in price, but the company is unlikely to make it significantly more expensive. No confirmed launch date has been announced yet, but it is expected to be introduced in the Indian market soon.

The new Royal Enfield Guerrilla 450 may come with small but important upgrades rather than major changes. With improved looks, slightly better features, and enhanced riding, this bike could strengthen its hold in its segment. It will be interesting to see what else the company adds at the time of launch.
