SHRESHTA NETS 2026 Result OUT: NTA has released the results of the SHRESHTA (NETS)-2026 examination. Candidates who appeared for the exam can check their results by visiting the official website.
SHRESHTA NETS 2026 Result: The National Testing Agency (NTA) has declared the result of the ‘SHRESHTA NET 2026’, a residential education scheme conducted for students of higher classes from targeted areas. Candidates who appeared for the examination can download their scorecards by visiting the official website exams.nta.nic.in/shreshta using their login credentials.
The Examination was Conducted in 73 Cities
The National Testing Agency (NTA) conducted the SHRESHTA NETS 2026 examination on December 21 in pen-and-paper mode at 106 examination centers located across 73 cities nationwide. According to the NTA, the eligibility criteria, self-declarations, and other required documents submitted by candidates called for counselling will be verified in the subsequent stages of the admission process in accordance with the rules prescribed by the Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment.
The government has approved a new scheme called SHRESHTA (Residential Education for Students in High Schools in Targeted Areas) to provide meritorious Scheduled Caste (SC) boys and girls with the opportunity to study in the country’s best private residential schools. Under this scheme, around 3,000 students will be selected every year for admission to Class 9 and Class 11, enabling them to receive quality education.
How to check the result
- First, visit the official website at exams.nta.nic.in/shreshta.
- On the homepage, click on the “SHRESHTA NET 2026 Result/Scorecard” link.
- Enter your Application Number and Date of Birth/Password.
- Click on the Submit/Login button.
- Your SHRESHTA NET 2026 scorecard will appear on the screen.
- Download the scorecard and take a printout for future reference.
