Today, the country’s Hon’ble Union Home and Cooperation Minister Amit Shah inaugurated the hospital. During the event, he also inspected the Emergency & Critical Care Hospital and appreciated this initiative of the integrated medicine system, noting that the hospital has become the world’s first hybrid hospital.

Home Minister Amit Shah Engages with Swami Ji on Global Promotion of Yoga, Ayurveda, and Sanatan Way of Life

It is noted that the Hon’ble Home Minister was on a two-day visit to Patanjali. During this period, he engaged in in-depth discussions and deliberations with Pujya Swami Ji on how to globally promote yoga, Ayurveda, and the Sanatan way of life to create a disease-free world.

Last night, the Home Minister spent a cordial night at the Patanjali Yogpeeth campus and held discussions with Pujya Swami Ramdev Ji and Acharya Balkrishna Maharaj on promoting medicine, education, the Sanatan way of life, and the knowledge heritage of sages on the global stage. He was also briefed on Patanjali’s future role as a leader in this direction.

Patanjali Family Welcomes Home Minister Amit Shah for Inauguration of World’s First Integrated Hospital

The cordial arrival of the Home Minister filled the Patanjali family with pride, inspiration, and energy. On behalf of the Patanjali Yogpeeth family, Pujya Swami Ramdev Ji Maharaj and Revered Acharya Balkrishna Ji Maharaj, along with numerous saints, devotees, disciples, and students of Patanjali Gurukulam and Acharyakulam, warmly welcomed and felicitated him.

On this occasion, Swami Ramdev Ji, Founder President of Patanjali Yogpeeth, said that it is a matter of pride for the entire Patanjali family that the inauguration of the world’s first integrated hospital in history was carried out by the Union Home and Cooperation Minister Shri Amit Bhai Shah, a leader who upholds the nation’s duty along with Sanatan Dharma, and regards yoga and Ayurveda with the highest importance.

Swami Ji stated that at Patanjali, 90 to 99% of people will be treated using yoga, Ayurveda, naturopathy, Panchakarma, Shatkarm, Panch Mahabhoot therapies, medicated water and food, fasting, and spiritual practices. He explained that the main causes of diseases are stress, inflammation, and bodily impurities. At Patanjali, therapies such as Shirodhara, Akshi Tarpan, Karna Purna, Nasya, Abhyang, Shankh Prakshalan, colon therapy, and over 100 types of Basti are used to purify the body.

Patanjali Conducts Global Research and Collects Extensive Clinical Evidence on Yoga and Ayurveda

He stated that Patanjali is conducting joint research with nearly 10 AIIMS-like institutions in places such as Rishikesh, Delhi, Guwahati, Jammu & Kashmir, and Bhopal. In addition, Patanjali is collaborating with 25 major medical institutions worldwide, including in Australia, Europe, and the USA, to carry out global-level research.

He explained that Patanjali has the complete scientific methodology for animal trials, human trials, and drug discovery. In India, over 100 crore people follow yoga and Ayurveda, and Patanjali has real-world evidence from them. Furthermore, the organization has clinical evidence of 1.38 crore people in the form of EMR (Electronic Medical Records) data.

Patanjali Hospital Prioritizes Natural Therapies While Offering Advanced Cardiac Care

Swami Ji said that in the Cardiology Department of this hospital, arrangements have been made for angioplasty, bypass surgery, and pacemaker implantation for heart patients. However, their aim is that 90 to 99% of people should not require these interventions. Surgeries, pacemakers, and stents will be provided only to those who are unable to recover naturally.

He added that the hospital focuses on using natural therapies such as Hridyamrit, Cardiogrit, Arjuna bark, cinnamon, and bottle gourd juice to increase ejection fraction and reverse heart blockages naturally.

Patanjali Emphasizes Natural Healing, Minimizes Dependency on Synthetic Medicines, and Respects Allopathy When Necessary

Swami Ji stated that at Patanjali, they have reduced dependency on synthetic medicines like insulin for BP, diabetes, and thyroid, and have reversed kidney and liver diseases, with complete scientific modules and clinical data to support these results. They have also reversed fatty liver (grades 1–4), liver cirrhosis, hepatitis, and liver cancer.

He addressed misconceptions, saying that people often claim that Swami Ramdev, Acharya Balkrishna, and Patanjali are against allopathy, but they have respect for allopathy and use it only when absolutely necessary. They are against unnecessary medicines, surgeries, and tests.

For kidney patients, dialysis facilities are available, but they strive to avoid dialysis as much as possible. Before brain surgery, they rely on Medha Vati and Memory Grit. In Yajna therapy, herbs like Medha Yishti, Brahmi, Shankhpushpi, and Jyotishmati are used in the havan. He also mentioned a shift from nano medicine to even more precise pico medicine.

Patanjali Launches World’s First Integrated Hybrid Hospital, Aiming to Make India a Global Health Destination

Swami Ji stated that economically weaker patients will receive treatment at Patanjali, while well-off individuals can access extensive treatment facilities here at minimal charges. The world’s first integrated hybrid hospital has been established at Patanjali, and in the future, it will be expanded from Delhi to across India and worldwide.

He emphasized that a new era of integrated holistic treatment is beginning from Patanjali, marking an innovative milestone in the field of medicine that will inspire generations to come. Their vision is for India to become the world’s health destination, attracting people globally to experience yoga, Ayurveda, natural therapies, Panchakarma, Shatkarm, and education. He added that the world will look to India for guidance in education, healthcare, and a healthy way of life.

Patanjali’s 250-Bed Integrated Hospital Combines Advanced Allopathy with Holistic Treatments

He stated that the new 250-bed state-of-the-art hospital is based on the Patanjali Integrated Medicine System, offering diagnostic facilities using all modern allopathy technologies and machines, as well as arrangements for highly complex brain, heart, and spine surgeries.

He further explained that the hospital has experienced specialist doctors in Cardiology, Neurology, Orthopedics, General Surgery, Radiology, Anesthesia, Pathology, Dental, ICU, and Emergency Medicine, available 24×7. The hospital will not only treat diseases, but also address their root causes through yoga, Ayurveda, naturopathy, and lifestyle counseling.

Patanjali Launches World’s Largest Integrated Medicine Hospital to Treat Critical and Chronic Conditions

On this occasion, Acharya Balkrishna, General Secretary of Patanjali Yogpeeth, stated that the world’s largest integrated medicine hospital has been established by Patanjali. He explained that through yoga, Ayurveda, Panchakarma, Shatkarm, naturopathy, and related therapies, Patanjali has already treated 1.38 crore people in India and worldwide.

He noted that patients abandoned by modern medicine systems often come here. While Patanjali was already able to treat 90–99% of patients, in cases of critical conditions and emergencies, they were previously unable to provide treatment with modern support systems.

This hospital has been established to manage critical conditions and acute emergencies. For chronic diseases, excellent results were already being achieved. Ayurveda will remain the mainstream treatment, while allopathy will serve as an alternative therapy. Keeping patients’ welfare as the highest priority, all options will be available to ensure the best care.

Patanjali Integrates Advanced Technology with Traditional Therapies Backed by Evidence-Based Research

Here, modern machines and advanced technology will be used to diagnose diseases, but surgeries at Patanjali Hospital will be performed only when absolutely necessary. The primary treatment will be through traditional therapies such as yoga, Ayurveda, Panchakarma, and Shatkarm, and surgery will be reserved only for cases where it is critically required.

At Patanjali, there is a confluence of science and tradition. Over 500 scientists at Patanjali have, through years of research, developed evidence-based medicines that target liver, kidney, heart, brain, and respiratory diseases at their root cause.

Under the guidance of Param Pujya Swami Ji and Param Pujya Acharya Ji, the Patanjali research team has created over 5,000 research protocols and published more than 500 research papers in international journals, significantly advancing Ayurveda as a research-backed, evidence-based medical system.

The hospital will feature a modern 24-hour Emergency Department, Emergency Medicine Department, Trauma Care Unit, high-end ICU with ventilator support, and critical care ambulance services.

He further stated that patients will now have access to high-quality diagnostic facilities at lower costs at Patanjali.
