The Flash Superhero Cameo That You Will Not Believe!

It seems like the rumors are true because ‘The Flash’ has a surprise appearance of Superman.

It’s a done deal: Nicolas Cage is going to get his chance to make it big. The man, the folklore, and the legend himself will make a cameo appearance. Yes, in the much-awaited Ezra Miller-led movie in the role that he initially donned almost three decades ago. Says The Flash director Andy Muschietti in an interview with Esquire Middle East.

Although Tim Burton’s ‘Superman Lives’ never got off the ground, Muschietti has finally given Nicolas Cage the chance of a lifetime to wear the cape and be a part of this multiverse-crossing adventure. He will be alongside folks like the previously mentioned Michael Keaton, who will return to his role as Batman from Burton’s classic pair of films, and Michael Shannon’s formerly killed-off General Zod.

Muschietti added in the surprising bombshell interview that working with Cage “was absolutely wonderful” and that “even though the part was a cameo, he dove into it.” Not just for Cage, who is a huge Superman fan, is it a dream come true. For the director, who stated, “I dreamt all my life to work with him,” working with the illustrious celebrity was also a significant accomplishment.

I’m hoping we can collaborate again soon. We’re left here thinking why the It director would release such a massive spoiler just weeks before the movie rushes into theatres. Thus, the reactions to this enormous announcement are sure to leave some (all) of us scratching our heads.

His loose lips may have been caused by travel fatigue, or perhaps he was asked a question that had never been answered before, but declaring such a stunning cameo is simply incomprehensible.

We’ve known for a while that the main plot of “The Flash” would revolve around Miller’s titular character trying to use time travel to correct past wrongs. These choices will consequently place him on a collision course with General Zod and Batman, played by Shannon and Keaton, respectively. This is, to put it mildly, a ridiculous discovery, despite the fact that people have long speculated about the likelihood of other long-lost figures from DC making their way into the narrative.

So, what’s the Future of Superman?

Fans shouldn’t expect to see Cage in the character again, despite the fact that he will make an explosive but quick cameo in The Flash. Henry Cavill was not asked to return to the Man of Steel movie to reprise the role he has played for more than ten years after James Gunn and Peter Safran assumed control of DC Studios at the end of last year. Gunn will direct Superman: Legacy, which he promises will be a distinct perspective on what will be an established version of the hero. This is the next entry in the Superman canon.

The Flash hits theatres on June 16. Check out the trailer, and be sure to see Cage in all his vintage magnificence.
